What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do I have to pay for customs and duties?
For most major shipping destinations, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. If your region requires DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping, you will be notified during the payment process.

Is there a warranty on Songmont products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
